What is the exchange policy?
All items must be sent for exchange within 30 days of receipt and be in the original condition you received them in. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.
Note - Orders that are associated with a sweepstakes are ineligible for returns after the winner of that sweepstakes has been announced. Exchanges are welcome within the standard window.
Purchases made at our store at 2330 Merrell Road, Dallas, TX 75229 can only be returned or exchanged in-store. We unfortunately cannot accept in-store returns or exchanges through our online store.
If you want to return your purchase, please reach out to customer support and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Which items you're sending back
- The sizes you're exchanging them for
