My order is not showing when I log into my account:
Your customer account will show orders placed through the email address associated with your account. If you place an order with a different email address, a new customer account will be created. We are unable to move orders from one account to another.
If you can't find which email address your order was placed through, please contact Customer Support so that we can assist. Please include full name on order and order number (starts with GMG)
